Brent Kolatalo
Producer - Mixer - Guitarist
Brent is a New York City-based, Grammy Award-winning producer and mix engineer who has worked with internationally renowned artists including Bruno Mars, Kanye West, Lorde, Drake, and Lana Del Rey. While his music career began with studying at Berklee College of Music and interning at the world-class Avatar Studios, his breakthrough opportunity came after leaving Berklee and accepting a full- time engineering role with legendary producer/mixer Ken Lewis.
The same year Brent decided to drop out of college for this role, he earned a Grammy nomination working with Kanye West on his album “The College Dropout.” Needless to say, the irony was not lost on Brent. Having now worked on over 24 gold and platinum albums, Brent has become one of the most in-demand producers in the industry.
Alexander Morgan
Composer - Vocalist - Producer
Alexander is a composer, producer, editor, and performer from Los Angeles. As a lover of lush soundscapes and new technology, Alexander has always been drawn to the blending of organic and synthetic sounds. This shines through in his thoughtful compositions and borderline-obsessive sound design.
With 10 years of experience in writing and producing, Alexander continues to expand his music education by way of the internet and documents his process under the moniker "Schmorgle." Whether it's writing challenges or experiments in sampling the world around him, his candid videos provide a creative outlet that spans multiple forms of media.
He also makes some pretty solid kombucha.
Rene Corbett
Producer - Mixer - Drummer
Rene is an audio engineer from New Zealand currently living and working in Berlin. He is passionate about all aspects of audio, and his varied skill set certainly attests to that. Rene has been credited as a mixing engineer, mastering engineer, jazz drummer, audio producer, and DJ. His work has been featured in ads for clients such as Vogue, ShowQuest, and VitaminWater.
Some of his current projects include co-founding and co-producing Snacks, a new house music duo with funk and soul influence, as well as co-producing Yates, a Berlin-based pop artist. Though you may think otherwise, music hasn’t always been all rainbows and daffodils for Rene. His first foray into music was with the recorder, and it was such a flop that his teacher asked his parents to please stop bringing him to class. Ouch.
Ken Lamken
Composer - Vocalist - Multi-instrumentalist
Ken has spent the last 15 years devoted to music. While based in New York City, he has been fortunate enough to tour the rest of the United States as well as sing, write, and produce several albums. An early publishing deal between BMG and his first band, Beecher’s Fault, has kept him mindful of the intersection between music and business.
Knowing what it takes to keep clients happy has allowed him the opportunity to work with great companies like ESPN, Fullscreen, and OnePlus as well as actors such as Robert Downey Jr., Jake Gyllenhaal, and Cameron Dallas. While Ken still enjoys performing live, his true passion is in producing and composing. When he isn’t working, you can find him in a tent, on a hike, or in a brewery-preferably all in the same day.
Ella "Vivienne" Chi
Vocalist - Arranger - Lyricist
Vivienne is a London-based vocalist who writes and performs with artists all over the world. Since her early teens, Vivienne has shown remarkably clear vision in her songwriting, specializing in lyrics and melody. This skill, along with her tremendous voice, has made her a highly sought-after talent and led her to establish a career in the music industry now spanning over 15 years. When she isn’t writing songs for other projects, she’s working on her own catalogue. Her solo music dances on lyrical narratives of belonging, heartache and the darker side of London’s excessive lifestyle.
Although she calls London home, Vivienne is often on the road touring internationally. In fact, she came to know the team after Ken heard her amazing vocal solo in a sold-out show at NYC’s Beacon Theatre.
Robert Willes
Composer - Vocalist - Strings
As a classically trained cellist, Robert specializes in all things strings and has toured Europe and Asia. After graduating from New York University with a master’s degree in music technology, Robert worked as a consultant and head audio technician at the United Nations, World Bank, and International Monetary Fund. Since leaving his role as an audio technician, he has freelanced as a full-time composer and producer. Robert has toured in indie folk bands, performed and recorded with an avant-garde jazz ensemble, and composed full orchestral pieces for film. These unique experiences along with his eclectic taste and musical pursuits have informed and broadened the depth of his musical creations. He is also fluent in Mandarin and was once a competitive Frisbee golfer.
